TERMS AND CONDITIONS: “Mackenzie Winter Prize Packages 2009”
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only. Employees & their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3. One entry only per person per draw. No responsibility is accepted for lost or misdirected entries. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid.
4. The promotion commences Wednesday March 25, 2009. Entries close 5.00 pm on Friday September 4, 2009. There are five distinct prize packages which include a range of day out and overnight experiences in the Mackenzie District.
5. These will be drawn as follows: Prize package one and two – 5.00pm Friday 8 May, 2009. Prize package three and four Friday July 17, 2009, Prize package five Friday September 11, 2009. Each entry is only valid for one draw, which is the draw following the date of entry. The draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.Exact makeup of prize packages may be subject to change.
7. Prize must be taken by Thursday, October 9th, 2009, close out dates i.e. school holidays may apply.
8. All other costs are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Neither the promoter nor their agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death or misadventure that may occur as a result of taking these prizes.
9. The prize winners will be notified by the Monday following date of draw.
10. All entries become property of the promoter.
11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By participating, entrants grant permission to use their names, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
